Special Orders & Items Temporarily Out of Stock

If you are making a Special Order from our Lladro, Nao or Lalique Catalogues or should an item temporarily become out of stock, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone with a confirmation of the expected delivery date.

Lladro & Nao products not in stock from the full catalogues can be Expressed from Head Office in Valencia by Airfreight if your purchase is urgent. Fees may apply.

Returns & Claims

Returns are accepted up to 28 days from Purchase, with the exclusion of Special Orders and Earrings.
